We are continually training our staff to meet best business practices, helping our people to grow into new and more responsible roles and, when appropriate, recruiting new professionals to join our team. 

We are very progressive in the recruitment of younger people with the view that they will be the future leaders of the company. One of our main goals is to employ people who will become long term loyal members of our team.

Our senior management team have all had a long association with our company, with many having over fifteen years experience in the business. They have all at some stage worked their way up through the ranks or spent time on the tools to better understand the tasks and needs of the job. From management  to site staff, all our people are committed to treating your business with the utmost respect and to deliver the highest levels of service possible.

At Bell Scaffolding we understand the importance of qualified and experienced scaffolders and supervisors, in addition to well maintained scaffold equipment. Scaffolders and Supervisors are provided with appropriate training to assist in the development of safe and efficient work practices. Regular meetings are held between the scaffolders and management team to provide a forum for the continuous improvement of work procedures.

To supplement our onsite workforce we have a well integrated support structure offering other essential elements to the business:
