Gateway Upgrade Project - Brisbane
Brisbane's $1.88 billion Gateway Upgrade Project is the largest bridge and road project in the history of Queensland. Delivered by Queensland Motorways in partnership with Leighton Abigroup Joint Venture (LAJV), the Gateway Upgrade Project includes construction of a second Gateway Bridge, refurbishment of the existing bridge, as well as an upgrade of 20km of motorway from Mt Gravatt-Capalaba Road in the south, to Nudgee Road in the north. Millenium Arts Project - Brisbane
At the time of construction, the Millenium Arts Project was the largest scale job Bell Scaffolding had taken on. Announced in 2000, the Millenium Arts Project was a major commitment by the Queensland Government to upgrade and expand arts and cultural facilities throughout Queensland. The project represents the most significant investment in the arts in this state in more than 30 years and one of the largest arts infrastructure projects undertaken in Australia. Arts Queensland is the leading agency for the Queensland Government in the Millennium Arts Project. Riparian Plaza - Brisbane
Riparian Plaza is a skyscaper in the central business district of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. At 200 metres in height, it is the city's second tallest building, after the Aurora Tower. It is a mixed use building, with 11 carpark levels from the ground up, 25 commercial levels, and 10 residential levels housing 50 penthouse apartments. On top of the tower is a 50 metre communications spire. A recreation centre including a swimming pool is located on 39th floor, between the commercial and residential sections. The carpark is accessed via a helical annexe. The building was designed by architect Harry Seidler. The total cost of the project was A$100 million. Riparian Plaza was the first, new, premium office space available in the Brisbane CBD for a decade. The building was completed in late 2005. ...More details
